We team up with gyms in the Twin Cities area and around the country to bring you an awesome Still Kickin workout each month. We cycle. We run. We yoga. We circuit train. (Not all at once, obviously.) When you purchase entry to one of our workouts, the proceeds go to our Heroes. And by getting your body moving and sweating a bit, you remind yourself that you're Still Kickin, too!

Not into the whole exercising-in-large-groups thing? Check out our other (sweat-free) events. Some we organize ourselves, such as our Still Kickin Sessions, where we gather panelists together to talk about the tough stuff. Some are put on by our friends in the community, where a portion of their sales benefit our Heroes.

WORKOUTS

We partner with great gyms to bring you an awesome workout each month. And we mix it up each time to make sure there's something for everyone.

RUN CLUB

We meet the third Saturday of every month for an easy run over the Stone Arch Bridge. And we're expanding to other cities, too! 

STILL KICKIN SESSIONS

New this year! At these workout-free events, we gather panelists together to talk about the tough stuff. Tissues recommended.
