Choose one of two (or both!) 45-min live DJ dance party spin classes to support Still Kickin!

Class will be co-taught by the awesome Kaity and Danielle from SPIRE Fitness, with jams by the talented DJ ShayKenn and a celebration of SPIRES's 3rd Birthday - all from from the roof of the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel - in the Historic Third Ward.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the workout (11:00a) and then afterwards, stay with us at the Outsider Rooftop Bar to enjoy the awesome views, some drinks, watch the game and celebrate your hard work to help another human out.

Pull for Pride - with The Movement Minneapolis

On Saturday, June 24, The Movement Minneapolis will host a unique fundraiser — a deadlift-only “test of strength” to raise money and build awareness for the Twin Cities' homeless youth. Cheekily titled “Pull for Pride,” this active, inclusive, festive event will kick off Pride Weekend and highlight the power of a community’s strength.

Co-hosted by Women's Strength Coalition, the event will benefit Avenues for Homeless Youth, a non-profit dedicated to provide housing, basic needs, and supportive services to help homeless youth, a segment of our population that often feels powerless in the face of trauma and abuse. Avenues is one of the few Home Host programs available for LGBTQ homeless youth. This event is open to all people (trans and cis, intersex, agender, non-binary, women, men) and experience levels. 

“Pull for Pride Minneapolis” will feature 50+ lifters, as well as food and beverages, raffle prizes, music, and other shenanigans! Family- and pet-friendly. Come to cheer and experience an event you’ve never seen before.

Then, go directly into Open Streets Lyndale for an afternoon of music, and great food!
