Yoga of the Day (or YOD), taught by our friends at Minnesota Power Yoga is a workout that incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility and coordination. Basically... all of the things! This workout starts with a yoga flow, incorporates a integration and HIIT style workout in the middle and ends with some yoga stretches.
The best part is, that it is your workout, your own determination. So no matter your skill level, this workout will challenge you and keep you smiling throughout!
